Nutrition et alimentation des chevaux : Nouvelles recommandations alimentaires de l'INRA is the result of the collective work of many researchers. After presenting the principles of equine specific nutrition, dietary recommendations are drawn up for each category of animal: mare, stallion, young horse, work horse, saddle horse, draft horse, pony, donkey. They take into account the conditions of breeding and use of the animal. The calculation of the rations to obtain the targeted performances is explained and illustrated by examples. Tables of the composition and nutritional value of food, including 170 feeds and 80 concentrated feeds or vegetable by-products, complete this work. 626 p.
