The number of scientists working in veterinary immunology is relatively small. This new publication is evidence of remarkable research work.

Veterinary immunology and its role in animal health is an important topic: immunity to pathogens and parasites and development of vaccines. Few works on the subject have been published, this textbook fills the gap.
