• Clive J.C. Phillips, Editor-in-Chief. PhD in Dairy Cattle Nutrition and Behaviour. Lecturer in Farm Animal Production and Medicine at the Universities of Wales and Cambridge, heading research in cattle and sheep welfare. He became the inaugural holder of Australia's Chair in Animal Welfare at the University of Queensland, St Lucia, QLD (Australia), and founded the Centre for Animal Welfare and Ethics.
